I am a senior risk professional, specialising in risk management, strategy and corporate governance. I have recently served as a Non-Executive Director and also have a background in commercial law.

In my current role as Head of Risk & Compliance at Guernsey Electricity Limited, I sit on the Executive Leadership Team and advise the Board and Audit & Risk Committee on governance, strategy and corporate risk. I have led major programmes to improve Business Continuity, Health & Safety and ESG, recognised through industry awards for excellence in resilience and sustainability leadership.

As a Non-Executive Director, I worked for a Guernsey-based captive insurer supporting a global construction group. I provided independent challenge and advice, drawing on my experience from the energy sector and guided the board through ESG accreditation.

I bring a proven record of board leadership, risk expertise and governance oversight, with the ability to support organisations in managing risk, building resilience and creating long-term value.
